The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions. The Walk requires a tremendous amount of manpower. When Grace Grant-Brown, Chief Operating Officer for the Alzheimer's Association Southeast Florida Chapter reached out to Payday, our staff put their boots on the ground to help with fundraising efforts and raise the level of Alzheimer’s awareness in the South Florida Community.

The mission of the Alzheimer’s Association is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. The Alzheimer’s Association has mobilized millions of Americans in the fight against the disease, and continues to lead the way with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s®. The end of Alzheimer’s disease starts with the Walk, we have already committed to work the next event.
