The Norfolk SPCA was at it again, putting the fun in fundraiser! Hundreds gathered at local brewery in Norfolk to support the SPCA and raise money for our area’s rescue animals. Norfolk SPCA Executive Director Rob Blizard took the stage and thanked those in attendance for helping the his organization see through on its goal to ensure all pets in Hampton Roads have a loving, forever home. He then turned the mic over to the band to let the party begin!
While supporters inside enjoyed the tunes and a few brews, those outside visited local vendors and waited in line to order from Ross Riddle of Hashi Food Truck. That’s where the Payday team spent most of their time. Fresh made food from one of our area’s most popular food trucks. Ross was kind enough to donate all proceeds from dessert to the Norfolk SPCA. Danny Kline, Payday’s president, was more than happy to buy decadent brownie sundaes for the entire team (calories for a good cause!)
