On June 30, Payday Payroll was one of 60 teams to participate in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County “Bowl for Kids Sake” hosted by SpareZ bowling center in Davie. The bowling tournament has served as the national Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraiser for over 40 years and now the sixth time in Broward County.

Every dollar raised through “Bowl for Kids' Sake” directly funds Big Brother Big Sisters mentoring programs in Broward County, which increase kids chances for success. The bowling tournament has raised more than $20 million dollars nationally.Rhea Evans, Colleen Sterns Leith - President of Marketing Matters and Board Member, Eric Lachs - Director of Client Relations for Marketing Matters and Heather Leeming

Funds raised allow the organization to carefully make more mentoring matches and provide ongoing assistance for mentors, mentees and families to help sustain successful relationships unique to its programs. Most children served by Big Brothers Big Sisters are in low-income households with a single parent or have an incarcerated parent.
