Sonoma Wine Bar and Bistro Says Thanks to Payday, Treats Our Staff to Dinner

At Payday, relationships are everything. We love to build a special bond with clients and create far more than a business arrangement. That’s certainly the case with Bob Hughes, owner of Sonoma Wine Bar and Bistro, a fantastic restaurant in Virginia Beach.

In November, Bob hosted the entire Payday team to say thanks for our service. We have worked with Bob for several years on Sonoma and his other restaurants. The night was a blast.  Sonoma chef Mac Hess served up tasty dishes like seafood and fresh pasta. One of our favorite dishes is Chef Hess’s scallops with banana and white chocolate infused risotto. Plus for dessert we had Rocky Road pie and vanilla bean gelato drizzled in caramel. We even gave Chef Hess a standing ovation at the end of the meal – that’s how good it was!

Then Bob Hughes took the floor and said, “I can say that Payday Payroll has been one of the best partners I’ve had in all my years.  You guys are absolutely amazing and your service is greatly appreciated!”

Friends like Bob Hughes make us love what we do every day.
